PT Petro Jordan Abadi is a joint venture between PT Petrokimia Gresik and Jordan Phosphate Mines Company, with respectively 50% of the capital investment. PT Petrokimia Gresik is a subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned company, while Jordan Phosphate Mines is the sixth largest company in the world as phosphate rock producer and second largest exporter of phosphate rock.
